TRACE© is a forensic compliance framework for AI-assisted film and television production. It documents human authorship through the Artist Receipt — a four-point log of creative decisions made around every AI tool interaction on a production. TRACE© satisfies WGA, SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, BECTU, WGGB, and Equity AI disclosure obligations, meets broadcaster delivery requirements from Netflix, the BBC, and Apple, and produces a Compliance Report for copyright chain-of-title documentation. The framework addresses the Thaler v. Perlmutter standard for human authorship, the EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations, and C2PA content provenance requirements.
